In the course of American History, many immigrants were discriminated. In the late 1800, the Whites violently discriminated the Chinese. The Whites mistreated the Chinese. The Chinese did not have rights. They were oppressed. The government prevented laws against Chinese, which did not allow Chinese to come to America. Well, the Chinese struggled against oppression by sticking tohether. They became very vibrant community in the United States.
